Featured Pet… Diesel
Diesel (11-month old Pyrenees and Border Collie) was found as a tiny puppy inside a tree trunk on a construction site, along with 5 other siblings.
He is neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, housebroken, on heartworm prevention and parasite-free.
Diesel was adopted by a well-meaning family with a big heart who later found themselves expecting their third child and realizing they could no longer afford to properly feed and care for him.
He has overcome some initial nutritional problems and now stands tall and can run with ease with the fastest of the pack.
Diesel is affectionate and sweet-natured, always looking on the bright side of life, patient, willing to learn and eager to please. He gets along great with other dogs, cats and children. He presently weighs 75 lbs, so he must go to a family who's willing and able to provide him with the exercise he needs for a healthy body and mind, the affection he deserves and the training he's eager to learn.
Diesel's a friendly fellow whose goal in life is to live in peace and safety with a loving family who appreciates the unconditional love a contented companion animal offers.
